Firefighters found Justine Rizek on the second floor of the Norwood Terrace home, where a fire had broken out June 5. She was taken to St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, where she died.
The victim's identity was not immediately released due to difficulties in locating Rizek's next of kin, the prosecutor's office said. Rizek lived alone in the house.
The cause of the fire was still under investigation but appears to be accidental, authorities also said.
